When Des and Oak first moved in they were sharing a day bed.
The trundle was such a pain to use, that they often would say 'forget it' ending up squished together in one twin.

I started searching KSL for a set of twin beds. We stumbled across this set of 'vintage' cowboy beds. Vintage meaning old and out of style. They were asking $75 for both. We picked them up for $10 each. Loaded them in my car and headed to the store to buy paint.
We cut off the wagon wheels and other strange nobs. Filled holes and sanded every surface. Gave them a couple coats of black paint.
And wallah, we had two perfectly new beds.

I LOVE to redo old items and make them new. Great job!
