As a kid I remember going to the Children's Museum. I loved playing in the mock grocery store, or digging for bones in the sand, but my most favorite part was the wheel chair course. I clearly remember maneuvering around up and down slopes, in and out of doors, attempting to open a locker and drink from a wall mounted water fountain. These days are long gone and apparently not politically acceptable at the discovery gateway.
We were excited to see lots of new and fun activities for both kids and adults. Right away my two little builders were running the lifts and stacking the blocks.
