Diving San Diego

6 a.m. and we were in the harbor ready to board the Lois Ann.
3 hour boat ride to the Los Coronados Isla's, Mexico was the destination. The water temperature was around 65 degree's and the visibility good. This was my first cold water diving experience and I did better than expected. The sea life was more vibrant than I had expected. The sea floor was an explosion of star fish, every variety, crawling and moving around. Sea cucumbers, shrimps and morae eels filled the cracks in the ocean floor. My favorite sighting was an octopus, he was a little guy about the size of a basketball.
ReNee and I in Old Town, San Diego
We visited Old Town, Seaport Village and had Mexican every night!
I've certainly be bitten by the Dive Bug.
