I have always enjoyed celebrating the 4th of July with my family. Not only does it mark our day of independence, but it marks something even more important to me; It’s the anniversary of my parents marriage. This year my aunt was in town and we all went with my Fathers side of the family to the Layton Parade. My cousin Riley, our very own Miss Layton, had quite a cheering section. Marley, the newest addition to the family, had her flags waving.
We enjoyed the walking through the booths in the park and had a BBQ lunch and pool party at Uncle Mikes. We closed the evening by watching Clearfield City fireworks.
