Boot Camp Update

I'm rounding the corner of week 5 and to my surprise....I feel pretty good! No more daily doses of Tylenol, no more crying as I try to heave my body up each morning! Now as far as the results, drum roll please.....I haven't experienced ANY weight loss. WHAT!! Yeah that's exactly what I was thinking, could the scale be broken?? Apparently I've gained a little muscle, but even better than that, I have reduced my body fat percentage by 4%!!! But most impressive is the fact that I cut my mile time in half. IN HALF!! I feel good about myself and that right there, has made it all worth it.

It was great catching up on your blog. It has been a while since I have sat down and gone through everyone's blogs. You are doing amazing! Muscle weighs more than fat so you must be doing great! Way to go Daja!
